Privacy
We collect only what's listed in our Privacy Policy, never sell it, and never use it to train third-party AI models.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest via our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to the founder and engineering team on a least-privilege basis. Found a security issue? Email security@synaapz.com — we treat every report seriously and will respond directly.
Compliance
Synaapz is pre-launch and does not yet hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. As we onboard our first business customers, we'll publish a compliance roadmap here rather than stay silent about where we are today.
Responsible AI
AI helps synthesize patterns across human responses and flag likely low-quality submissions for human review. It does not generate expert responses, impersonate a verified professional, or make final moderation decisions without a human in the loop. We'll name every AI provider we integrate the day it goes into production.
Data requests
Access, correct, or export your data anytime — email privacy@synaapz.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Account deletion
Email privacy@synaapz.com with "delete my waitlist entry" and we'll confirm within 5 business days. Deleted means deleted — not archived.
Trust FAQ
Do you sell my data? No — never.
Can I delete my info before launch? Yes, anytime — email privacy@synaapz.com.
Who sees my campaign responses? Only the business running that campaign, and Synaapz in de-identified, aggregate form.
