Privacy Policy

Synaapz is currently a pre-launch waitlist and informational site. This policy covers the waitlist form, the contact form, and this website. It will be extended — not silently replaced — as verification, campaigns, and profiles ship.

• Business waitlist: full name, email, company name, industry, company size, country, and your role — all except name and email are optional.
• Synaapzer waitlist: full name, email, country, area of expertise, profession/category, and city — all except name and email are optional.
• Contact form: name, email, and your message.
• Consent record: a timestamp of when you agreed to this policy and our Terms, stored alongside your submission so we can show what you agreed to and when, if you ever ask.
• Infrastructure logs:our hosting and database providers briefly retain IP address and basic request metadata for security and abuse prevention. We don't use this for marketing or profiling.

To let you know when access opens, to route you to the right onboarding path, and to stop duplicate or spam signups. In aggregate, de-identified form, we also use waitlist data to decide which industries and use cases to build for first. We never build advertising profiles, never sell personal information, and never share it with data brokers.

Supabase provides our database and authentication infrastructure and processes data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms. That's the only sub-processor handling your information today. If that changes, we'll update this page and, for material changes, email waitlist members before the change takes effect — not after.

• Waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them, or after 24 months of platform inactivity, whichever comes first.
• Contact-form messages: 12 months.
• Security and access logs: 90 days.

Access, correction, deletion, export, and objection to processing — available to everyone who contacts us, regardless of where you're signing up from, not only where local law requires it. Email privacy@synaapz.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to the founder and engineering team on a least-privilege basis. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Synaapz is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.

Material changes are announced with a banner on this page and, where we have your email, by direct email. We'll keep a dated history at the bottom of this page once there's more than one version to show.
